Salmon is a fish rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A, B12, D, and has much more protein than other fishes. Omega 3, present in the salmon, will reduce the cholesterol level in the blood, will help prevent heart attack and stroke & eyes & brain will benefit a lot from it. In addition, protein intakes are important for young children and pregnant women.
